When will I receive my order?

Normal shipping time is approximately 2 weeks. We recommend ordering early for Christmas delivery. CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 15th!

What is your return policy?

All orders are custom produced and cannot be cancelled. We take pride in creating your personalized photo throw. Since our products are personalized, returns can only be accepted in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. If there is a manufacturing defect, just return the item to us, and the manufacturer will gladly remake it at no charge to you.

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges are $13.95 UPS ground within the continental U.S. for each item. No Post Office Boxes.

What types of payments do you accept?

At the moment we accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks and paypal.

When I hold my Color Throw up, it does not look like my photo. Why is this?

Color Photo Throws must be viewed from across the room. Have someone hold the throw up and stand back 10 feet and you will be able to see a knitted depiction of your photo.

Is it true that the picture will never fade on the Photo Throw?

The image will not fade or wash off. The image is not printed. It is a true knitted fabric. The easiest way to describe a Photo Throw is it is like a sweater.

What are the care instructions for a Photo Throw?

Machine wash in cold water. Air or tumble dry low. NEVER use bleach on a Photo Throw.

How many images can I have in my Photo Throw?

The maximum number of images for a Photo Pillow or Photo Sweater is one. The recommended maximum of images for a Photo Throw is three for a 30" x 40" and five for a 40" x 60". While photos that exceed the 1-3-5 rule can be made, the reproduction quality diminishes with each additional image and these orders will be made at the buyers risk.

Can I add personalization to my throw?

You may personalize each throw by adding up to 2 lines of lettering (maximum 16 letters per line) with the photo. Personalization is not allowed on Photo pillows and Photo Sweaters due to the limited space available. Baby Throw names are limited to 24 characters, birthdate, length and weight. Casing is available on Original PhotoThrow, Sweetheart Photo Throw, and the Logo Throw.

What dpi should I scan my photo at?

Photos are best scanned at 300 dpi. Save the file as a .jpg, then email it to us along with your order number, or upload it to us on our site. Image must be at least 240 x 240 pixels.

What if I don't have the ability to scan a photo?

The original photo can be mailed to us no larger than 8 x 10 and we can scan it in for you. We cannot be responsible for lost mail, damage, etc. If you can, it would be best to have a copy of your photo made from the negative. Do not send us a printed copy as a printed copy will not scan and show up well enough for the photo throw.

Should I crop my photo?

We can take care of cropping your photo for you. The photo throw comes out better when we focus on the main image in the photo, rather than the background. This will provide a better product for you.
